Merry Belated Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday. We had all the children home (still here) and had an awesome time. Drama free!!! We ate, went to church (Bugster-our daughter-sang), ate again and watched old home videos. I think the boys have a new appreciation for me! I had forgotten how LOUD our house was back then! We are now relaxing. 3rd son is packing for London, and 1st and 2nd son's will return to their jobs tomorrow. Bugster will be here longer, until winter term begins. I will start cleaning after the boys leave!

PSS...Life is better .... can I have an invite?

Have a great weekend everyone!

Blog confusion!!?????

I seem to have created 2 blogs-go figure-. Anyway, this is the one I will keep updated, I hope. I loved Sippycup's daughters room. I am all about pink and green! Thought you might enjoy pictures of our dining room. Yes, my adult sons have grown up in a pink and purple house. Despite this, they appear to be very normal! Need to finish decorating tomorrow. I went by my sister's house Tuesday and it looked like Christmas on crack!! Now I am feeling a little lazy, what happened to the "less is more" school of thought?

So EXCITED!!!!!!

Haven't blogged since my first post, but looked tonight and I had a comment!!!! That is exciting! I am in full Christmas panic, haven't bought one present yet! I can't even start before Monday. I seem to be really behind this year. I need a suggestion for my 7th grade nephew. He is into sports and music, but has EVERYTHING. I am wide open for suggestions. The house decorating is going a little slow this year. I think a "less is more" will be my new motto.

first post

This is my first post!! YEAH!! I have so enjoyed reading other blogs, that I decided to give it a try myself. It is starting to cool off here in NC, and I am loving it. Have spent the last 2 days putting out pumpkins and fall "stuff" in the house. Have had an awesome faux painter here this week, and will post pictures. She is wonderful, and I learned alot. Next time I will do it all myself! Pictures will follow soon.
